Job summary

PwC in Malaysia is seeking a Recruiter to attract and hire top talent, collaborating with line managers to define role requirements and descriptions. You will source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels, and build a strong pipeline while maintaining data integrity across systems.

You will represent PwC at events, drive employer branding and recruitment marketing, and ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle experienced recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding active and passive candidates in an executive search firm, recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team.
• Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written business communication skills, emphasising the ability to tailor messages appropriately by audience.
• Experience working with Hiring Leaders and the interview support teams to confirm candidates are assessed consistently against defined interview standards and in accordance with all quality and DEI requirements.
• Ability to understand and interpret data while collaborating with key stakeholders to identify actionable insights for continuous improvement and make better decisions that ultimately drives quality in hires.
• Experience with managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle to establish compliance, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Communicating and collaborating with line managers on role requirements and descriptions of the vacancies.
• Proactively source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels, including passive channels and networking, allowing you to better attract and engage with the candidates.
• To proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, maintain data integrity in multiple internal systems.
• Mediating between candidates and hiring managers to complete the hiring process
• Represent the firm at various recruitment events, including career fairs, recruitment talks, etc.
• Identify hiring priorities and develop employer brand and recruitment marketing plans
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events: career fairs, office visits, conferences & campus activations.
