Job summary

Tabsquare, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a senior recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across APAC regions including Singapore, Malaysia, ANZ, and HK. You will collaborate with business leaders to define staffing needs, run the full lifecycle of sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, and drive an outstanding candidate experience aligned with our brand.

You will build proactive talent pools for critical tech and business roles, advance employer branding through events

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of managing regional stakeholders across APAC.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing methods (Boolean logic, talent mapping, social recruiting).
• Strong understanding of technology domain and engineering role profiles.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define staffing needs and target hiring strategies.
• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience reflecting corporate brand values.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines for technical and business roles.
• Drive employer branding through online networks and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing efficiency and hiring velocity.
• Oversee offers and salary negotiations informed by market data.
• Maintain data integrity across ATS and recruitment dashboards.
