Job summary

Xircle Talent seeks a senior Talent Acquisition lead to manage full lifecycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles across the APAC region from its Kuala Lumpur hub.

You will drive employer branding, campus hiring, and onboarding, while partnering with division heads to align talent strategies with business goals. The role demands strategic sourcing, stakeholder communication, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally in engineering, infra, construction, or project-based sectors.
• Proven track record hiring for technical, engineering, PM, and corporate roles.
• Familiarity with employer branding, campus recruitment, or talent development programs.
• Experience operating in a multinational or regional business environment.
• Strong proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and strategic recruitment planning.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS tools, and major job portals.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle for diverse disciplines across APAC.
• Partner with heads to define hiring criteria and align strategies.
• Implement multi-channel sourcing using networks, platforms, and referrals.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pools for vacancies and future needs.
• Be primary contact for stakeholders with regular updates.
• Promote employer value proposition for positive applicant experience.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and induction activities.
• Analyze onboarding feedback for improvements.
• Lead branding campaigns and content to strengthen employer reputation.
• Represent the firm at events, fairs, and campus partnerships.
• Collaborate with HR on programs boosting satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
