Sleek is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with business leadership across APAC to attract and close exceptional talent. This role reports to the Country Manager of Hong Kong with global alignment, and based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Malaysia.

Based in Singapore, Hong Kong or Malaysia, this role focuses on QA, sourcing excellence, and candidate experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality hiring SLAs in a fast-growing tech-enabled services company.

Formación

• Fluent professional Business English is required as Sleek's primary operational language.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin; written Traditional and/or Simplified) is required to manage candidate sourcing and engagement across regional growth pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end candidate screening across departments, delivering high-quality shortlists with a strong conversion rate.
• Review incoming applications promptly to maintain fast turnaround times and keep applicants engaged.
• Proactively build and manage relationships with hiring managers and leadership to prioritize feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate data within the ATS (Workable) and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.
