Qualifications

• Qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10 - 15 years’ recruitment experience in large or GBS organisations.
• Proven experience in hiring across IT, Technology, Finance, and Corporate roles.
• Possess strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Experience in leading project-based or large-scale hiring in Finance, IT, Tech, or Telco industries.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian talent market and recruitment channels for talent advisory.
• Demonstrated experience to lead career fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding.
• Strong grasp of recruitment governance and local employment regulations.
• Professional, resilient, detailed, and solutions‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end Talent Acquisition in Malaysia and attract top talent for business units in Malaysia.
• Build and promote employer brand; collaborate with institutions for campus hiring and career fairs.
• Provide recruitment advisory to line managers for core and leadership roles; develop talent pipelines.
• Lead Talent Acquisition Managers and coach teams to achieve hiring targets and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvements across recruiting processes, tools, and technology.
