Job summary

OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to own recruitment across technical and business functions in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, engage stakeholders, and build strong candidate pipelines to support rapid growth.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to partner with hiring managers. International hiring experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience with strong sourcing ability.
• Proven stakeholder management with hiring managers and leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and timelines independently.
• Experience with international or multinational hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and business roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Engage partners, manage interviews, and support offers and closure.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
