Sleek is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and close exceptional talent across the region, reporting to the Country Manager (Hong Kong) with dotted line to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Malaysia, you will drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and ensure a strong candidate pipeline.

Key duties include screening, sourcing, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with local recruitment regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Language Proficiency: All Applicants require fluent professional Business English; Chinese proficiency (Cantonese/Mandarin) desirable for sourcing and stakeholder engagement across North Asia growth pipelines.
• Legal Work Authorization: Must have valid legal working rights in country of residence (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong).
• Workplace Arrangement: Hybrid for Singapore and Hong Kong; Fully Remote for Malaysia.

• Deliver end-to-end candidate screening across departments to produce high-quality shortlists with strong interview conversion rate.
• Review applications promptly to maintain fast turnaround and keep applicants engaged.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and leadership to prioritise feedback with Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate data in Workable and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.
