Job summary

BETTERINGCO SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Business Systems Support Executive to manage Salesforce, Zendesk, Klient PSA and Kingdee, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will be the first contact for system issues, work with users and vendors, perform testing, document workflows, and drive improvements with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply; 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in business systems support, ERP/CRM support or application support.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Klient PSA, Kingdee ERP or MS 365 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting ability.
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Salesforce, Zendesk, Klient PSA and Kingdee.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues raised by users.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors and follow through until resolution.
• Assist employees with system enquiries and usage; guide users on processes.
• Conduct basic user training and prepare user guides; onboard users and manage access requests.
• Coordinate meetings, vendor demos and follow-up actions; track vendor performance.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
• Document test scenarios, results and implementation outcomes; support rollouts.
• Prepare system usage reports and maintain documentation; monitor trends.
