Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level application support and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate timely resolutions with IT teams, developers, vendors, or partners.
• Participate in implementation, upgrades, and lifecycle management of applications.
• Prepare test scenarios and support System Integration Testing and UAT.
• Gather requirements and propose practical improvements for business users.
• Maintain documentation and follow IT governance and security procedures.
