OSK Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to provide first- and second-level support for assigned business systems and enterprise applications. You will troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and partners to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will participate in implementation, upgrades, lifecycle management, and testing activities such as UAT and regression testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Provide first- and second-level application support and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate timely resolutions with IT teams, developers, vendors, or partners.
• Participate in implementation, upgrades, and lifecycle management of applications.
• Prepare test scenarios and support System Integration Testing and UAT.
• Gather requirements and propose practical improvements for business users.
• Maintain documentation and follow IT governance and security procedures.
