Job summary

BASS (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Application Support Consultant to deliver timely ERP application support and troubleshoot system issues. You will manage tickets, improve performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT support for ERP systems, familiarity with ERP platforms, and experience with Zendesk/ServiceNow/Salesforce. A shift-capable, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in supporting in-house apps or ERP systems.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle ERP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Experience installing/configuring MS SQL Server and SQL basics.
• .NET experience is a plus; not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support for ERP applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage support tickets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and user experience.
• Occasionally support service desk activities and educate users on best practices.
