Job description

Head of ERP Support (Based at CMS I-Systems Sdn Bhd, Kuching)

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible in providing support for Enterprise Resource Planning systems implemented within the company. He / She should be able to analyse the systems and work directly with the users and management to define the system requirements, design and propose the best workable solutions, configure the software and train or guide the employees;
• Deploying and supporting ERP solutions internally;
• Analysing and troubleshooting all cases / issues logged and providing solutions;
• Identifying and maintaining regular contacts with the internal users. Respond to the users queries in a timely and professional manner and follow up on them until satisfied;
• Evaluating existing business process flow and recommend for improvement;
• Running diagnostics tests in identifying the operational and technical issue root cause;
• Providing ERP end-user training / guidance and technical support;
• Documenting ERP processes and support issue log;
• Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades and offerings. Developing application version upgrade roadmap for internal;
• Performing day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system, as well as installing new upgrades and testing for bugs;
• Work as the primary contact between the user and ERP Vendor / Principal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline;
• ERP Certification, such as SAP or Oracle ERP Functional Certification;
• Minimum 7 years of experience and an ERP Consultant with at least 3 cycles of ERP project implementation;
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP configuration or development tools and coding languages;
• Extensive knowledge in new technologies;
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills;
• Superb problem solving, analytical abilities and services delivery;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
