Job summary

ZF is seeking a results‑driven professional in Malaysia to lead order management and customer service activities. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with logistics, and maintain accurate ERP/CRM data to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.

With 3+ years in customer service and B2B support, you will leverage SAP, Navision, and Salesforce to optimize processes and support sales initiatives. A degree in business/logistics is preferred and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, order management, or sales support.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B customer support experience.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Navision, BPCS or similar) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP CRM).
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, quotations, and pricing through ERP systems and digital channels.
• Be the main contact for order-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate with internal teams on fulfillment, delivery issues, and service requests.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, delays, and transport damage claims.
• Monitor backorders and communicate delays, discontinuations, and alternatives.
• Maintain customer master data in ERP and CRM systems.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support decisions and process improvements.
• Promote adoption of online ordering platforms and digital tools.
