Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd seeks an Automation Tester (QA System Analyst / Manager) to support sales administration in Selangor on a contract basis. The role covers quotations, orders, invoicing, and coordination with Finance.

You will update Salesforce and SAP B1, generate reports, and liaise with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Diploma/degree and 2 years' experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, or related role.
• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, or engineering industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP Business One (SAP B1) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate sales quotations and commercial proposals.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and related sales documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance on purchase orders, invoicing, payment status, and other finance-related matters.
• Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding and overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and account-related issues.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records in Salesforce and SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support Customer Service in handling customer inquiries and case management.
• Compile monthly sales reports and other management reports.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Perform other sales administrative duties as assigned.
