Job summary

Rentalworks is seeking a driven Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to expand our MPS and DaaS footprint in Malaysia. You will be the face of Rentalworks to SMEs, corporations, and government clients, guiding them to cost‑saving, fully managed printing solutions backed by seamless deployment and ongoing support.

We value consultative selling, negotiation, and the ability to build long‑term client partnerships.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in MPS, IT hardware leasing, or DaaS.
Solid track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of printer technologies and print management software is a plus.
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively prospect, pitch, and close new business for printer hardware, MPS, and DaaS to SMEs, corporations, and government agencies.
Conduct on-site print assessments and audits to identify inefficiencies and propose cost-saving, sustainable solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high retention and upsell opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and contractual documents (proposals, SLAs, quotes).
Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Technical teams for seamless onboarding and ongoing asset management.
