Job summary

Rentalworks in Malaysia is seeking a highly technical Solution Sales Manager to bridge clients' complex operational needs with our DaaS and MPS offerings. You will architect tailored solutions and present cost-saving ecosystems to executives.

Responsibilities include conducting deep technical audits of client environments, designing DaaS/MPS architectures, and delivering TCO/ROI models. Travel for site assessments is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, Engineering, or Business.
• 3–5 years in Solution Sales, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in IT hardware, MPS or DaaS.
• Strong knowledge of printer technologies and print management software.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value (TCO/ROI).
• Willingness to travel for site assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive technical audits of client IT and printing environments.
• Architect tailored DaaS and MPS solutions with hardware, software, and lifecycle services.
• Present Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) models to executives.
• Support complex pitches as the technical SME during client presentations.
• Address objections and ensure alignment with IT security and compliance requirements.
• Oversee technical scoping and handover to Operations/Technical teams.
