Job summary

Rentalworks Group is seeking a commercially minded Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to expand its footprint in MPS and printer hardware across SMEs, corporations, and government agencies. You will be the face of Rentalworks to clients, enabling transitions to fully managed DaaS printing solutions with proactive maintenance and asset management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in MPS, IT hardware leasing, or DaaS.
• Solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of printer technologies (MFPs, laser, inkjet) and print management software is an advantage.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, pitch, and close new business for printer hardware, MPS, and DaaS to SMEs, corporations, and government agencies.
• Conduct on-site print assessments and audits to identify inefficiencies and propose tailored, cost-saving solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Technical Support and Operations to resolve client inquiries and ensure smooth onboarding.
