Job summary

Agromaster Fertilizer Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Executive to own day-to-day operations, from demand and SOs to PO, inventory, MO, and delivery coordination.

The role requires 2–3 years in supply chain, knowledge of SQL Accounting System, and proficiency with Excel, with strong analytical and coordinating skills to resolve issues independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in SCM, logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory, purchasing, production planning or order fulfilment.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, inventory transactions and MO/MO.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor Sales Orders (SO) based on customer orders, requirements and demand.
• Coordinate customer delivery requirements, stock availability and order fulfilment with Sales, Warehouse and relevant teams.
• Arrange and coordinate transportation / lorry services for incoming and outgoing goods when required, including supplier collections and customer deliveries.
• Liaise with transporters, suppliers, customers and internal teams on collection and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate with suppliers on materials, lead times and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels to support customer demand and production requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and process Job Orders / MO based on demand and inventory requirements.
• Ensure accurate recording of stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, production consumption, finished goods, returns and adjustments.
• Perform stock reconciliation between physical inventory and SQL Accounting System records, investigate discrepancies and follow through on corrective actions.
• Monitor outstanding SO, PO and MO to ensure timely fulfilment and completion.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful and solution-oriented Supply Chain Executive who is able to work independently, take ownership of day-to-day operations and resolve issues with minimal supervision. This role covers the end-to-end supply chain process — from customer demand and Sales Orders (SO), purchasing and Purchase Orders (PO), inventory management, Job Orders / Manufacturing Orders (MO) and production coordination, to transportation arrangement and final customer delivery. The right candidate should be able to understand how different transactions are connected within the system, identify and investigate discrepancies, assess situations independently, and work out practical solutions while knowing when escalation is required.

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory, purchasing, production planning or order fulfilment.
• Well-versed in SQL Accounting System is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, inventory transactions and Job Orders / Manufacturing Orders (MO).
• Experience in a manufacturing / production environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of stock reconciliation, inventory control and stock adjustments.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and the relationship between inventory transactions and accounting records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and determine appropriate solutions independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills across different departments.
