Job summary

• Track shipment status and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records, stock movements, and delivery notes.
• Prepare reports and update systems with incoming/outgoing goods.
• Support cost-control initiatives and identify process improvements.

• Support the supply chain team in planning, monitoring, and coordinating the movement of materials and finished goods.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders, delivery schedules, and related shipping or customs documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track shipment status and follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and delivery notes.
• Prepare reports and update the system with incoming and outgoing goods.
• Support cost control initiatives and assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement, logistics, and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
