Job summary

Uni-Charm Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Executive in Malaysia to support operational excellence. You will coordinate with Sales Planning, Marketing, and Co-manage inventory while generating essential reports.

Role requires 1–2 years in logistics or related fields, a degree in supply chain or math/statistics, and strong English skills. You will work with forecasting tools to improve demand planning and supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.
• Graduates in Supply Chain, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Excellent command of English.
• Knowledge of demand management and forecasting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Planning and Marketing for Replacement and New Product Development.
• Arrange MRMC packaging and SIA stock management.
• Generate Daily Inventory Overview Report.
• Update packing lists to warehouse.
• Generate Weekly Out of Stocks report with root cause analysis.
• Prepare Monthly Closing Inventory reports for total UC008.
• Prepare Monthly Sales Trend analysis by retailer from BIBO.
• Prepare Monthly Slow Moving report and action plan.
• Support generation of Supply Chain KPI reports.

Job description

Support Supply Chain operational excellence as a Senior Supply Chain Executive.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Planning, Sales & Marketing for Replacement Plan for Packaging Change and New Product Development
• Arrange Promotion stock co packing (Material Received and Material Convert - MRMC) and Stock Issuing Advice (SIA) arrangement and management
• Generate Daily Inventory Overview Report
• Update Packing list to warehouse when available
• Generate Weekly Out of stocks report with cause finding
• Responsible for Monthly Closing Inventory report for total UCM (UC008 report)
• Generate Monthly Sales Trend by retailer analysis report from BIBO
• Generate Monthly Slow Moving report from BIBO and next action plan proposal from discussion with Sales Planning, Marketing and Channel Manager
• Responsible for monthly Stock Hygiene, twice a month and stock write off less than 0.5% vs. sales out performance
• Support to generate Supply Chain KPI reports

About you

• 1 - 2 years in Logistic / Supply Chain / Co-manage inventory experience (Distribution/Planning/Scheduling) / Forecasting / Procurement or related field
• Graduate in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics
• Excellent command in English
• Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues would be added advantage
