Job summary

NS BlueScope is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to lead S&OP and master production scheduling, driving efficiency across the function. You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Operations to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and cost-effective supplier performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in supply chain. Proficiency in MS Office and strong leadership are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain related working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from entry to invoicing.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve ops issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain and midstream integration.
• Define KRAs for supply chain and customer service teams.
• Develop a robust forecast process in coordination with Sales.
• Secure cost-effective, reliable and quality service from key suppliers.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and assessments.
• Develop sourcing strategies for necessary materials.

Job description

You will be the key driver of the organization's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP); Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes and Key Raw Materials Planning.

What You'll Do

• Manage the order fulfillment process timely and accurately from order entry, administration, delivery and shipping through to invoicing.
• Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and requiring coordination cross-functionally.
• Implement continuous improvement across supply chain function and integration with midstream.
• Define Key Results Areas clearly and roles for supply chain and customer service members.
• Develop robust forecast process in coordination with Sales.
• Secure cost effective, reliable and quality service from key suppliers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of suppliers.
• Develop sourcing strategy for all necessary materials and accessories.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic Management or related field.
• At least 5 years supply chain related working experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
