Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily incoming inspection activities, including abnormality handling, re-inspection, and inventory checks.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and risk assessments in line with procurement and supplier management systems.
- Prepare and review monthly/annual supplier performance assessments; manage supplier quality claims.
- Guide suppliers in building robust quality systems, driving improvements using tools such as 8D, FMEA, and PPAP.
- Review and confirm supplier changes, manage 8D reports for material issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Collect, verify, and maintain supplier compliance documents (e.g., RoHS, MSDS, third-party test reports).
- Collaborate internally with production, procurement, warehouse, technology, and planning teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality and ensure alignment with company standards.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality management.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.).
- Good problem-solving, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Familiarity with supplier audit processes and cross-functional collaboration.
