Job summary

KEYNOVA RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily activities in our Klang City facility. You will manage receiving, storage, stock in/out, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficient workflow.

We value candidates with 3–5 years in warehouse operations, proficiency in Excel, and proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment. Bonded warehouse experience is a plus; join us to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or management.
• Experience in bonded warehouse operations is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of stock in/out control, storage management, and inventory records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office for reporting and tracking.
• Able to lead and coordinate warehouse staff effectively.
• Hands-on, proactive, well-organised, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and internal teams to support smooth inbound and outbound activities
• Supervise warehouse staff, including task assignment, attendance monitoring, and daily work coordination
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and a safe working environment
• Identify operational issues and work with management to improve efficiency and workflow
