Job summary

Integrated Cold Chain Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (ICCL) in Malaysia seeks a Business Development Executive (Trucking) to identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries.

You will drive sales strategies, conduct pitches, and build relationships with customers, coordinating with Operations and Customer Service to design tailored物流 solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proven BD/Sales experience in logistics.

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within logistics, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries and potential customer segments.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Conduct sales presentations and pitches to introduce the company’s logistics and transportation solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through calls, emails, meetings, and networking activities.
• Understand customers’ logistics requirements and work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to develop suitable solutions, proposals, and quotations.
• Manage customer quotation enquiries and ensure timely follow-up throughout the quotation process.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and business expansion within existing customer accounts.
