Job summary

The role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, plus experience in budgeting and CRM usage to ensure visibility across the BD function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management and marketing with 10+ years in 3PL/FMCG.
• Proven track record in securing and growing key customers.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Strong networking with industry contacts.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, collaboration, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Able to champion new initiatives and build teams.
• Interpersonal skills including communication, presentation, diplomacy and patience.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build internal and external relationships.
• Develop proposals and presentations.
• Support key account management and operations planning.
• Develop business development strategies in line with market trends and customer requirements.
• Build the company’s reputation through marketing channels, PR, events and forums.
• Prepare the yearly and half-yearly BD budget and review revenue progress.
