Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of talent acquisition experience with strong full-cycle recruiting expertise.
• Proven ability to manage high volume hiring for both indirect and direct labor.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience managing recruitment.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, and recruitment strategies.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and talent databases.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning and execution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Sourcers and develop a program that strengthens the team’s sourcing and recruiting skills.
• Be the subject matter expert in the sourcing space using creative techniques to solve complex sourcing situations.
• Interface with Sr. Leaders on pipelining for leadership roles and market development.
• Lead strategic sourcing programs that identify talent for a wide range of disciplines and pipeline active and passive candidates.
• Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement with trainings and mentorship.
• Manage the sourcing process including workload allocation and performance tracking.
• Create an ongoing pipeline of diverse talent using search resources including social media and referrals.
• Act as a consultative partner to TA Specialists and Hiring Managers, sharing market data and suggestions.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing sourcing processes and systems.
• Educate and sell candidates on Boston Scientific as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with recruiting on networking events and Virtual Career Fairs.
