Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Talent Management professional to support the Head of Talent Management, Growth Markets, across Southeast Asia. You’ll coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and development programs, and maintain key data to generate insights for leadership decisions.

You will partner with HR, business leaders and vendors to deliver capability-building initiatives, governance, and timely delivery of programs in a fast-paced regional matrix environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years in a business-partnering HR role.
• Experience partnering with leaders across geographies in SEA.
• Strong data-driven insights to inform talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Talent Management, Growth Markets in SEA.
• Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning and development programs.
• Maintain talent and learning data; generate dashboards and insights.
