Boston Scientific is seeking a Talent Management professional to support the Head of Talent Management, Growth Markets, across Southeast Asia. You’ll coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and development programs, and maintain key data to generate insights for leadership decisions.

Support the Head of Talent Management, Growth Markets in driving talent management and learning & development initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role plays a key part in coordinating regional talent programs, maintaining talent and learning data, generating meaningful insights, and ensuring the effective delivery of succession planning, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives. Working closely with HR and business leaders across multiple SEA countries, the incumbent will help strengthen organizational capability and develop future talent to support business growth
