Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead strategic human capital initiatives in our Penang, Malaysia operations. You will partner with HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to align HR programs with business goals, drive workforce planning, and enhance organizational effectiveness at the site level.

You will coach managers, manage employee relations, and implement performance management, change initiatives, and HR analytics to translate data into actionable people

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• At least 15 years in HR experience, with 7+ years in HRBP or strategic HR advisory role.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and coaching managers.
• Data-driven HR decisions using HR analytics and insights.
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools; ability to translate metrics into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and team direction in areas including competency development, succession planning, talent management, labor relations, and process improvement.
• Coach and consult with management on morale, performance, development and organizational effectiveness; determine root causes and next steps.
• Guide client groups to ensure fair treatment and consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to address client requirements and business drivers for human capital decisions.
• Present, train and facilitate workforce development programs; support performance management and rewards initiatives.
• Lead change management initiatives with client group leaders to enhance performance and capability.
