Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• People management and leadership experience required.
• Strong problem solving, report writing, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, order and commission key process equipment to CGMP in Operations Engineering Cycle.
• Serve as engineering process owner for the area.
• Develop and modify manufacturing documentation and procedures for products and new introductions.
• Ensure new products meet quality, output and cost goals.
• Develop and modify manufacturing processes to improve product and process quality and output.
• Ensure product/process requirements are met for components, assembly, tooling and supplier specs.
• Perform product/process/vendor qualification activities.
• Support material discrepancy review and disposition (MRB) for existing products.
• Demonstrate leadership and coach cross-functional teams.
• Eliminate defects and improve yields; solve problems from basic engineering principles.
• Support quality initiatives (NCEP, CAPA) to achieve quality goals.
