Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an experienced HR leader in Penang to align HR initiatives with the business strategy and drive organizational effectiveness. The role partners with HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to meet client group needs and deliver strategic HR solutions.

The incumbent will lead competency development, succession planning, talent management, and change management while ensuring policy compliance and data-driven HR insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and direction across competency development, succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, labor relations, employment law compliance, employee relations, engagement, change management and process improvement.
• Coach and consult with management on morale, performance, development and organizational effectiveness, identifying root causes and next steps.
• Guide client groups to ensure fair treatment and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
