Job summary

Epicor is seeking a dynamic Sales professional in Malaysia to own territory strategy and drive growth aligned with the company’s business plan. You will apply Epicor product knowledge to differentiate offerings, attend local events, and ensure ongoing training during onboarding and product updates.

You will collaborate across functions to discover opportunities, maintain CRM hygiene, and produce regular reports while traveling as needed to support sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Owns the territory strategy and execution based on overall business strategy and territory growth targets.
• Applies knowledge of Epicor products' solutions to the customer and its differentiation with the competition.
• Attends local trade events and speaking engagements for key target verticals.
• Ensures completion of all sales training during onboarding and product updates.
• Collaborates cross-functionally for opportunity discovery and nurture.
• Updates and maintains CRM data base and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory.
• Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.
