Job summary

Epicor Software (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Representative to build relationships, generate and nurture leads, and set on-site appointments for the outside Sales Team. You will support ANZ market growth objectives and work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.

You will respond to warm inquiries, prospect new targets, and collaborate with Territory Managers to grow pipeline. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years in outbound sales or related industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or solution selling in software.
• Ability to handle inquiries and qualify opportunities.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding quota goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building relationships with mid-sized and large accounts.
• Familiarity with marketing-driven lead generation

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm inquiries via phone, email, social media to gauge interest.
• Prospect mid-sized and large targets through outbound efforts.
• Build pipeline and deliver qualifying leads to the sales team.
• Set on-site appointments for outside Sales Team.
• Attend to daily/weekly/monthly scorecard metrics and update CRM.
• Conduct market research to support Territory Managers
