Job summary

Epicor is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Field Marketer to drive pipeline growth across Southeast Asia. You will lead end-to-end programs across digital, events and content, translating business priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

Based in Malaysia with hybrid work, you will collaborate with Sales, BDRs and central marketing to optimise programs and share regional learnings for growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B marketing experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or tech.
• Proven track record delivering integrated demand generation across channels.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital, email, webinars, events, content, social, partner and third-party channels.
• Translate priorities into clear execution plans with objectives, audiences, messaging, timelines and budget.
• Own programs end-to-end from planning through measurement and optimisation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to align pipeline priorities.
