Job summary

Azeus Systems Limited, a leading provider of governance and sustainability software, is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive in Malaysia. You will engage C-suite stakeholders, drive strategic deals, and expand our SaaS footprint across industries.

In this role you will orchestrate discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and close high-value opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and measurable impact on sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience with quota attainment.
• Proven ability to present to and close deals with CEOs, CFOs, CSOs.
• Comfortable working with high autonomy in a fast-moving market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and close high-value sales opportunities across industries.
• Engage C-suite executives to understand strategic challenges and position solutions.
• Pitch governance and sustainability software from the portfolio, including Board and ESG tools.
• Support pre-sales demos, bids, and pricing aligned with targets.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with sustainability and finance teams.
• Coordinate with ESG delivery teams for onboarding and value realization.
• Oversee post-sale training and ensure smooth adoption and satisfaction.
