Job summary

P.A. Projects Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is the exclusive Malaysian distributor for an international aluminium door and window systems manufacturer.

We supply and install sliding doors, windows, bi-fold and slim-frame systems to homeowners, contractors, developers and an appointed dealer network. We are in a growth phase, building a dealer network and preparing new showroom initiatives. The role focuses on opening accounts with contractors and architects, presenting our systems, and supporting dealers

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field; SPM with strong relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B or project sales experience in building materials, aluminium, glass, doors and windows, hardware or construction-related products.
• Comfortable reading a drawing and discussing technical details with architects or site engineers.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence; willingness to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage for dealer and contractor accounts.
• Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word and email; maintain a shared pipeline spreadsheet.
• Self-starting and well-organised; much of the role is field-based and independent.

Responsibilities

• Open and develop accounts with main contractors, sub-contractors, developers and architects.
• Get our systems named in project specifications — architect visits, technical presentations, sample and CAD support.
• Recruit, appoint and support dealers: identify candidates, present the proposition, get agreements signed, keep them ordering.
• Prepare and follow up quotations and tender submissions within agreed turnaround times.
• Build and maintain a live project pipeline — every project logged with stage, value, next action and date.
• Attend the weekly pipeline review and report accurately. No pipeline padding.
• Work with the Technical team on fabrication and installation details for non-standard projects.
• Quote at the approved price list. Discounts only within your authority; anything beyond goes up for approval.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, site meetings and industry events.
