ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a Project Sales Executive in Subang Jaya, Malaysia to identify, develop and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, and system integrators, ensuring alignment with project timelines and client needs.

You will coordinate tender processes, prepare quotations, manage on-site project activities, and liaise with internal teams to keep schedules and bills of quantities updated while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, building material trading houses, doors partners, and system integrators.
• Provide quotations for tenders and participate in price negotiations.
• Project management on site — inspections, site meetings, and addressing issues, including contractor training and ensuring proper installation of ASSA ABLOY products.
• Coordinate with internal specification and scheduling teams to update bills of quantities and assist in scheduling and installation of samples.
• Liaise between customers and sales, logistics, finance teams to maximize service levels, especially during product installation/repair.
• Assist finance in follow-up of payments, ensuring documentation for progress claims is submitted on time.
