LB Aluminium Berhad is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing graduate in Sabah to develop new customers and maintain relationships. You will assist in responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting branch sales targets.

Ideal candidates will travel within Sabah for customer visits, understand technical product specifications, and collaborate with Marketing, Production, Admin, and Logistics to ensure smooth orders and timely delivery.

Formación

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field.

Join our Sales & Marketing team to develop new customers, maintain good relationships with existing customers, and support the branch in achieving its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new customer relationships through outreach, field visits, meetings, and follow-ups.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Handle customer enquiries, quotations and complaints.

Follow up on outstanding payments and collection.

Gather market information and competitor activities.

Understand customers' requirements and provide guidance on product selection.

Collaborate with Marketing to support project specifications and conversion of projects into sales.

Coordinate with Production team to ensure timely order completion.

Work with Admin and Logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements

Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field

Fresh graduates welcome; 0-2 years of sales experience is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Well-organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Good problem-solving skills and able to handle customer follow up

Willing to travel within Sabah for customer visit and site work.

Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin will be an advantage

Able to understand technical product specifications
