Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales experience, especially with dealers or distributors, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel and work independently is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably dealer/distributor/retail or FMCG-related sales.
• Experience in managing dealer accounts and developing new business opportunities is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular dealer visits.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple dealer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and business partners.
• Visit dealers regularly to understand their business needs, sales performance, and market conditions.
• Develop and implement sales activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new dealer accounts and business opportunities.
• Follow up on dealer enquiries, orders, quotations, and sales-related matters.
• Monitor dealer sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Provide product information, promotions, and updates to dealers.
• Work closely with dealers to support product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing within the assigned territory.
• Prepare regular sales reports, dealer updates, and market feedback for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
• Handle dealer complaints and resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up on outstanding payments where required.
