Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of project sales experience in architectural hardware or related industries.
• Proven experience engaging consultants, architects, developers, contractors and end users in project-based selling.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia and Brunei.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new project opportunities within various sectors.
• Engage architects, consultants, developers, project owners, contractors to generate specifications.
• Track and manage project pipelines from design through tender, award and completion.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents and project proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close project sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Monitor project market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs; maintain CRM updates.
