Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project sales within architectural hardware or related industries.
• Proven experience engaging consultants, architects, developers, contractors and end users in project-based selling.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to travel frequently within Malaysia and Brunei.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new project opportunities within commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education, residential, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Engage architects, consultants, developers, project owners, quantity surveyors and contractors to generate specifications.
• Track and manage project pipelines from design stage through tender, award and completion.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to consultants and stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Monitor project market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, project conversion targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate project forecasting and CRM updates.
