ASSA ABLOY Group in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a results-driven Project Sales Executive to identify, develop and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, and system integrators, driving both commercial and residential project opportunities.

You will coordinate with specifications, tender teams, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate progress claims, while traveling to key accounts and presenting compelling quotations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project sales or related industries.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office).
• Good command over written and spoken English.
• Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with industry partners.
• Provide quotations for tenders and assist in price negotiations.
• Project management on site: inspections, meetings, training of contractors.
• Coordinate with internal specifications, scheduling, logistics and finance teams.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities to grow market share.
• Ensure timely deliveries and proper documentation for progress claims.
