Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Hospitality Ltd invites a proactive sales/specification professional to drive project opportunities in Malaysia. You will build relationships with developers and architects, interpret drawings and tender docs, and hand over designs to sales for conversion.

You will deliver technical value-engineering proposals, conduct presentations and trainings, and maintain the CRM to grow the project pipeline across building materials and security solutions.

Qualifications

• Preferably sales/specification experience in building materials and related sectors.
• Ability to present confidently to varied audiences.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and tender documents.

Responsibilities

• Building & maintaining relationships with developers & architects, being the key point of contact for all design related enquiries & escalations to develop proprietary specifications for systems
• Developing & increasing projects pipelines & business opportunities
• Identify projects throughout the design stage, handover these projects to sales team at the correct time to ensure it is converted into revenue
• Maintain CRM system as per procedures
• Providing technical solutions & value-engineering proposals to support project requirements
• Conducting presentations & trainings
• Support sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
