Randstad Malaysia is seeking a high-impact Head of Sales/Leadership-level professional to drive mega-project specifications with Tier-1 developers and architects. You will lead a high-visibility sales strategy, mentor a field-team and close complex, high-margin commercial deals.

The role reports to the MD and demands a charismatic executive presence with deep knowledge of architectural specs and installation cycles, enabling fast-track career progression in a premier manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven B2B project sales in building materials, tiles, sanitaryware or surface products.
Active, high-level network with Tier-1 Malaysian property developers, architects, and main contractors.
Charismatic communicator with strong executive presence and experience pitching to senior stakeholders.
Solid grasp of architectural product specifications, technical standards, and project installation cycles.
Goal-driven closer who thrives on winning complex, high-margin commercial deals.

Responsibilities

Pitch directly to C-Suite developers, principal architects, and main contractors to lock in product specifications.
Identify and capture upcoming mega commercial, residential, and mixed-use project pipelines.
Sell value and product superiority to preserve profit margins against low-cost market competitors.
Leverage and expand an active network across the Malaysian property development ecosystem.
Track architectural trends and rival movements to secure first-mover advantage on new tenders.
Mentor and elevate the project sales team, instilling elite presentation and deal-closing standards.
