Job summary

You will coordinate with Consultants and clients, manage delivery timelines, and assist with event and office logistics to ensure smooth project execution.

You will set up projects in OpenAir, track hours, communicate progress, and coordinate participant sessions. Strong collaboration and proactive problem solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment.
• Education/certification in project management.
• Proficiency with web-based PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience in the talent management industry is desirable.
• Collaborate effectively, multi-task, and prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular project progress updates to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Set up and manage projects in OpenAir with tasks and hours.
• Coordinate client communications, bookings, and delivery timelines.
• Support invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial aspects of projects.
• Coordinate resources and sessions for participants and consultants.
• Maintain QA, accuracy, and professional documentation.
