Job summary

MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a diligent IT Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day project execution across scopes, timelines, and standards, working closely with PMs.

You will coordinate with Development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Business, and Operations teams, track progress, manage risks, and support requirements changes and production releases. Mandarin-English communication preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination / IT Project Coordination.
• Experience in Software Development / IT Projects is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC, Testing, UAT, and Release Processes.
• Strong task tracking, coordination, follow-up, organization and time management.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello or similar tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day IT projects per scope, timeline, priority and standards.
• Assist PM with project plans, timelines, milestones, and task breakdown.
• Coordinate with Development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Business and Operations teams.
• Track tasks, progress, deadlines, dependencies, risks and outstanding issues.
• Follow up on overdue items and escalate as needed.
• Assist with requirement gathering, changes and scope communication.
• Coordinate development, testing, UAT and production release activities.
• Maintain project documentation, task lists, meeting minutes and status.
• Prepare regular project progress reports / status updates and escalate key issues.
• Support process improvement, automation, digitalization and AI initiatives.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by PM / Management.
