Job summary

SL BLUE VENTURE SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. You will participate in project and site meetings, help define scope, and support the Project Manager in keeping schedules and budgets on track.

You will supervise team members, manage project documentation, communicate with clients, and report daily on-site progress. The role offers opportunities for promotion and requires the ability to work under pressure and occasionally night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings, site meetings and other meetings/site visits
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
• Experience with TNB project will be more advantageous
• Reporting daily on-site progress directly to Project Manager or Project Director
• Able to handle unexpected stress/pressure
