Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced project management professional to assist in delivering project management services across the lifecycle. The role includes background research, data collection, benchmarking to support decision‑making, and establishing robust documentation and reporting systems.

You will help develop detailed project plans and schedules, track progress, manage change, and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong understanding of PM principles, tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering project management services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking to support decision‑making.
• Establish and maintain effective project documentation and reporting systems.
• Support the development and updating of detailed project plans and schedules.
• Track project progress and performance indicators; prepare updates and reports.
• Manage change control processes and maintain accurate change logs.
• Draft formal progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes.
