Job summary

Pan Asia Software Solutions in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join the Project Management Team. You will report to the Area Project Leader and provide support to Project Managers in coordinating resources, meetings and information to keep projects moving on schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining project plans and budgets, organizing stakeholder meetings, documenting actions and decisions, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferable) or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of project coordination experience.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; MS Office.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Pascal, and related tools.
• Familiar with project environment and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Document and follow up on actions and decisions.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Assess project risks and issues and propose solutions.
• Chair and facilitate meetings and distribute minutes.
• Create a project management calendar to meet goals.
• Prepare monthly project proforma, invoicing and cash collection for finance.
• Prepare Purchase Order requests and review supplier invoicing.
