Axcellence Consulting in Penang is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage customer accounts, develop strategic project initiatives, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

The role requires coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Costing, Finance and Legal to meet customer requirements, quality, cost and delivery goals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for driving revenue growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate account management or similar roles.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Manage customer accounts, information, sales and order administration, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Lead new project initiatives from development through mass production, meeting milestones and customer requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on customers and operations.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams, representing business needs and requirements.
• Translate customer expectations into internal action plans to ensure deliverables meet satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, timelines, quality, cost and delivery.
