Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd seeks a results-driven Key Account Manager for a precision manufacturing company in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will manage key client relationships and align cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Requires 4+ years in manufacturing (2+ in a lead role), strong technical, business and financial acumen, and up to 20 days of Southeast Asia travel annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is required (Master's degree a plus).
• Minimum 4 years in similar responsibilities within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for client queries, requests and issue resolutions.
• Analyze and provide sales targets (part numbers and quantities) for S&OP planning to align sales, inventory and operations.
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams, acting as the voice of the customer.
• Reporting and analysis for stakeholders on account health: On Time Delivery, Quality and Revenue.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to grow account value.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for client queries, requests and issue resolutions
• Analyze and provide sales targets (part numbers and quantities) for S&OP planning, based on customer- demand forecasts to align sales, inventory, and operations with order and delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams, acting as the voice of the customer
• Reporting and Analysis for both internal and external stakeholders on the account's health: On TimeDelivery, Quality and Revenue Performance
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to grow account value

Requirements:

• Able to travel within Southeast Asia as required (light, at most up to 20 days/year, flexible to
  accommodate customer and market demands)
